You will return goods purchased from us for free/easy* and cheaply at any InPost Parcel Machine

With our store, you don't have to worry about the size you choose not fitting or otherwise not meeting your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with free/low-cost * returns with Parcel Machines InPost you buy without stress and fear that the return of the purchased goods will be a road through the ordeal.

According to the current law you have 14 days* to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations you can send them back to us within 14 days* from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which gives you the opportunity to send the return package back to us by Parcel Post InPost.

We chose InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments because of:

Adding a return has been boiled down to six simple steps that constitute the return wizard. The wizard will automatically generate a 10-character shipping code for you, which you just need to apply to the package. This way you don't waste your time manually filling out any documents!

The fee for making a return is only £8.36* while you do not have to pay it at the time of adding the return or generating the 10-character code - it will be deducted from the amount we will refund you for the returned goods. We are committed to your complete satisfaction.

All returned shipments are insured up to a value of PLN 200.

1 Print the form Generate return document and then print it.

2 Send a package Put the packed goods together with return document into a cardboard box and seal it well.

3 Refund You will receive a refund up to 14 days * from our receipt of the return.

Details of the steps for handing over the return:

Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return;
In the next steps, choose the return by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and choosing the form in which you want to receive the returned money;
Generate the return documents, then print it and be sure to sign the return document;
Put the packed goods along with the return document in the carton intended for shipping and seal it well. You can use the cardboard box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost Parcel Machine, where you send your package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the dimensions of the package must not exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and the weight of 25 kg.
We will refund your money, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days* from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. As a rule, however, it takes less time. We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
