How to prepare ceremonial cocoa?
- Prepare approx. 60 g ceremonial cocoa.
- Boil ok. 300 ml of water, milk or coconut milk (such as I-Organic) or other plant-based beverage in a saucepan.
- If you wish, add I-Organic coconut sugar (or other sweetener), a pinch of salt and/or spices of your choice (such as cayenne pepper) to the saucepan.
- When the liquid reaches boiling point, remove it from the heat and wait approx. 5 minutes.
- Add crushed ceremonial cocoa to the slightly cooled liquid.
- Blend the whole thing until smooth.
- Ready! Pour the cocoa into your favorite mug and enjoy the taste :)
